What did you start with when learning to draw? 
I find it very hard to draw humans without using little squares I draw both on the blank piece of paper and the original picture and then copy them one by one. 
Do you have some tips for me, or do you maybe know what I can work on? 

Also, all of your drawings are gorgeous. You are really talented.
